Qub is a ride-comparison and prediction assistant. We analyze publicly available or user-initiated data from third-party ride providers (e.g., Uber, Ola, Rapido) and present information such as estimated prices, ETAs, surge conditions, confirmation likelihoods, and historical patterns.

Qub does not book rides. You always complete the final booking through the official provider's app or website.

Qub is not affiliated with or endorsed by Uber, Ola, Rapido, or any other ride provider.

Those providers have their own terms, policies, and pricing. We do not control:

• ride availability
• surge pricing
• ETA accuracy
• driver assignments
• cancellations
• payment
• safety, delays, or ride outcomes

When you tap through or open a third-party service, you are bound by THEIR terms, not ours.

Qub attempts to provide helpful, real-time recommendations, but we cannot guarantee accuracy.

Our predictions (such as "confirmation probability" or "fastest expected option") are estimates only based on limited signals. Actual outcomes may differ.

You agree that:

• Qub's suggestions are informational
• You make the final decision
• Qub is not responsible for inaccurate data or prediction errors

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qub is not liable for any:

• missed rides
• delays
• price differences
• ride cancellations
• losses, damages, or inconveniences
• incorrect predictions
• reliance on any information shown in the app

Your use of Qub is at your own discretion.

You agree to use Qub responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• misuse our Services
• attempt to access data not intended for you
• interfere with Qub's systems
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or clone Qub
• use Qub to violate a third-party service's terms

Qub may collect minimal data necessary for functionality—such as device information, usage patterns, crash logs, and location-related queries—to improve predictions.

We do not collect payment details or store your ride bookings.

We may update or change Qub at any time, including adding or removing features. We may also restrict access or suspend the Service if needed for maintenance, updates, or security.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above.

Continued use of Qub after changes means you accept the new Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Qub if:

• you violate these Terms
• you misuse or attempt to harm the Service
• we discontinue the Service

You may stop using Qub at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New Delhi, India.
